Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
-Items 30 days past the delivery date
-Gift cards
-Items marked as "Made to Order"
-Items marked as "Final Sale"
-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
-Items that do not include their attached original tag
-Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
-Personalized, monogrammed or customized items
Returns should be properly packed in the item's original packaging and sent to the address we provide you during authorization. We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore we highly recommend returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method.

For non-oversized products, including any rugs, return shipping costs are free to you if you request store credit in lieu of a refund to your original payment method. If you would like a refund to your original payment method, we will give you the option of purchasing a shipping label at the time when you request a return.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to items eligible for a return but priced above $100. The 25% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Restocking fees are never applied to clothing, shoes, and diaper bags, regardless of the price point. Restocking fees are also waived when you select store credit as a form of refund in lieu of a refund to your original payment method.
Why do we apply a restocking fee? Because we sell new items, when we receive a return we are often unable to resell that product as new. Additionally, because items priced above $100 shipped for free to you, the 25% restocking fees covers the cost that we incurred in shipping the product to you.
Return Shipping Costs
If an item weighs more than 10lb, you must arrange to have it returned through your carrier of choice because we are unable to offer a return label.
If you paid a shipping fee when you placed your order, this fee is non-refundable when you request a return.
Damages and defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective items, please send us an email to [email protected] include photos that illustrate the product defect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product, please select store credit and let us know what would you like to exchange it for in the return notes.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you elected store credit instead, we will email you a code to use towards future purchases.
Cancellations
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Packages are not insured against porch theft. It is your responsibility to keep the package in a secure location once the carrier drops it off at the address provided. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products marked as delivered based on the provided tracking information.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return or cancellation pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
